The Report on the Implementation of the Development Strategy in 2025

The report presents data on the implementation of the University’s Development Strategy in 2025 and also places the changes taking place at the University in a broader perspective. The monitoring results demonstrate, among other things, the continued strengthening of Warsaw University of Technology’s potential as a research university, the internationalisation of research activities, the development of the WUT Doctoral School and activities related to the commercialisation of research results, as well as the strengthening of the University’s financial stability. 
The Report on the Monitoring of the Development Strategy was adopted by the Senate of Warsaw University of Technology by resolution no. 275/LI/2026. In accordance with regulation no. 67/2022, the Strategic Analysis Department was responsible for preparing the document. 
The report was prepared thanks to the involvement of numerous organisational units of Warsaw University of Technology, including both the Central Administration and university-wide units. We would like to sincerely thank everyone involved in monitoring the implementation of the Strategy and in providing the data and information necessary to prepare the report.
